Midnight Black, LS, supercharged, TR6060 six speed, QA1 and a half cage tells me this Chevelle is ready to be a menacing presence on the road which has the performance to back up the vibe. Taking the time to narrow the rear for the mini tub gives me an indication someone actually spent the time to prep the car for the performance. This is ready to intimidate other cars as you cruise on a Friday night waiting for an excuse to let it rip.

Description

This modified 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle is powered by a supercharged LS V8 producing a reported 580 horsepower, paired with a TR6060 six-speed manual transmission. The chassis features aftermarket suspension, updated braking, a revised fuel system, and a narrowed rear end with mini-tubs to accommodate wider rear tires. Showing 75 miles since completion, total chassis mileage is unknown. The Chevelle is being offered with a clean Florida title by the private seller out of Miami, Florida.

This '72 Chevelle was painted black in July of 2025. The body has been modified with mini-tubbed rear wheel housings to allow fitment of 20x12.5 rear wheels while retaining 20x8.5 wheels up front. Polished American Racing wheels are fitted at all four corners.

Power comes from a supercharged LS-series V8 controlled through a Holley Terminator EFI and ECU system and supported by a Holley fuel pump and high-flow fuel filter. Output is reported at 580 horsepower and is routed through a TR6060 six-speed manual transmission and an aluminum balanced driveshaft. The rear end has been shortened and is equipped with a 12-bolt differential housing fitted with 3.73:1 gearing.

The chassis has been updated with QA1 coilovers and QA1 control arms. Wilwood four-wheel disc brakes are installed along with a hydroboost brake assist system. A rack & pinion steering system is fitted. The rear wheel housings have been mini-tubbed to accommodate the widened rear wheel and tire combination. The vehicle also has a professionally welded 3 inch stainless steel exhaust with long tube headers.

The interior has been refreshed with a replacement headliner, interior door panels, and carpeting. An AutoMeter gauge cluster has been installed in place of the factory instrumentation, and the seller reports all gauges are functioning properly. Other safety features include a half roll cage and 4 point seat belt harnesses. Front and rear seats are sourced from a 1972 SS Chevelle with an adjustable seat bracket. A full Pioneer stereo and sound system with a 10" Pioneer subwoofer is equipped. The seller notes the vehicle does not have A/C or heat.
